The YIPPEE project aims to increase the capacities of youth workers, educators, and student trainers working with gifted youth, youth entrepreneurship, student cooperatives, and youth activism, particularly in rural and remote areas.
By developing practical educational tools and fostering cross-border knowledge exchange, the project seeks to empower youth to engage in civic participation and public policy decision-making, promoting long-term youth development and active citizenship.
The YIPPEE project will implement the following activities:
- Local activities: Developing handbooks and workshops for youth workers and promotion of project
- LTT activities in Croatia: Training – work with gifted youth; youth entrepreneurship; student cooperatives
- LTT activities in North Macedonia: Training – youth activism; public policy influence
- Virtual activities: Finalizing educational tools, including two e-books and two manuals, based on participant feedback
The YIPPEE project results:
- Improved capacities of organisations and youth workers to support youth in area of entrepreneurship, active citizenship, and work with gifted youth
- Increased youth participation in entrepreneurship and civic engagement, especially in remote areas
- Two e-books: “Working with highly motivated and potentially gifted youth” and “Youth influence on public policies”
- Two manuals: “Local souvenir – youth entrepreneurship” and “Engaging youth in remote and rural area”
